If you are real representative of kucoin you should make this post in that thread , and why its need to contact you by an email when there is support ticket they can send if they experience  a problem.

You are right, looking at their posting history, it is very likely OP is a scammer pretending to me a representative from Kucoin. Members should be careful not to email OP.

long time no trading in kucoin, now many traders choose binance because of several advantages including sending funds to local banks easily.

Why need to contact you when there is a support of Kucoin that has been consistently answering inquiries?

Yes, he did post 1 , post 2. It looks like OP is not a scammer, since he have been post on Kucoin ANN and KuCoin Exchange already knew it. But, definitely it's better and safer to contact Official Kucoin email rather than his personal email.

Also what he said above is true regarding the discount fee maker -0,015% and taker 0.030% on VIP 12 [1]

Almost exchange have the same fee when maker or trading your coin assets, I think is fair how to make some exchange keep exist with fee maker from trading or investing. Binance exchange and kucoin have the same fee maker trading and other exchange make the same rule above with fee maker,

Have checked your post History and seems like you are legit,why need to make your own thread when there is ANN thread that
 supposedly the way to communicate with the team?
Ans also their  support is  open 24/7 then why need to email you directly?

Sorry these questions must be clear because it is not easy to trust individual outside the company circle.
