Binance login Puzzle Captcha does not appear??

I tried to login my Binance account today after entering password it was showing 2FA page. I was surprised why it doesn't ask for login puzzle captcha. I was scare to enter my 2FA code. I am sure I'm not using phishing site because I bookmark official site.





Why it doesn't appear puzzle captcha?

Note: Next time again I tried to login using same bookmark link it was showing puzzle captcha

It is not a must that the Puzzle Captcha has to always appear especially if you have ever used the browser to log into Binance before. It also happens to me every time. Always looks at the address bar for the correct URL: https://www.binance.com

Puzzle Captcha is not a security measure against phishing websites but rather a protection against Bots/automated logging in or DDoS attacks on the exchange.

Binance is the only one who knows the answer for you. You can try e-mailing them by attaching a video of your login (if you don't have it, I'm afraid you'll get "don't worry as long as you visit the official website").

My best guess is that the captcha allows you to login since you use the same IP as your previous login and the time frame between your login is short.

You should try to get the support services from them. They can help you since they have fast and convenient online support.

E-mailing takes more time to be read and approved.

However, I personally think that this just a small bug which will be ceased to exist in about less than 12 hours. Moreover, you have already bookmarked the page so dont worry too much. Binance is one of the best trading platforms up to now and they always know how to make customers feel safe

It happened to me when I logged in using the same dedicated IP address that I always use with a short difference at the time I log out and did not delete cookies. So these may be the conditions but I don't know about time/IP you can log in without resolving the code.

Therefore, I do not think it is a bug or error, and since the code has appeared to you while you are using the sites, you should not worry.


BTW, do not trust mookmarked URLs that are stored in the clipboard/bookmark because they are not safe, as some viruses change the links.
