Each person does it differently, with varying strategies and indicators to use when making decisions. Tell you what, if I had a method that's overly effective, you'd be damn sure I wouldn't share it on public forums.

If you'd like to be a good trader and/or investor, createyour own strategies. No one is going to give you profitable methods for free.

Unfortunately there isn't such thing. To be effective, you're always going to need multiple tools and sources of information.

I read the news regularly, including the rumors as that is necessary when it comes to decision making.
Every traders has a different strategy, they refer to the site that they think reliable and they can trust the information.

Well it is a no brainer to check news site, visiting trading discussion to give you at least what is going on in the market or to check if your speculation if it is similar with other traders. That is to assume that you already know some basic T.A and F.A.

I find the crypto 'press' almost totally worthless and I can't think of one I respect or check regularly.

I put my own feed together on Twitter where I only follow people worth bothering with. You have an instant guaranteed quality filter and they're usually faster with the latest developments than anywhere else too.

I don't rely in one on place to get all the news, I have coindesk, coingecko , Bitcointalk among others to get the latest news and the price as an investor and holders you should have a lot of,, so you can compare and get the exact picture, some articles or news are just speculating and sometimes the other gets the news first than the others.

I don't rely in one on place to get all the news, I have coindesk, coingecko , Bitcointalk among others to get the latest news and the price as an investor and holders you should have a lot of,, so you can compare and get the exact picture, some articles or news are just speculating and sometimes the other gets the news first than the others.

rellying on one place is a bad idea because every site can be bias with thier opinion but having many choices is a must  . its okay if its a forum like bitcointalk because every opinion here are different  .

you can decide based on the majority of users that tells the same thing or atleast simillar . forum sometimes late too for real time updates like price  , thats why , i use other source for it   .

I only trade and invest on some tokens and coins.. Normally for me, the best way to follow your current trading price is by using a mobile device. Which means you can check price or trade anywhere you want. And also there are different apps to make price chart widget on your device.
By searching for crypto price chart on app store or playstore,  you can easily find these apps.

About Cryptocurrency investment. Coinmarketcap and coingecko is enough to follow up all the latest updates because you have each project social media links on their token or coin page. So, everything is there. I think this should help you if you try them out.
