Contacted me to make a video, after payment never replied anymore and no video published!!!!!!!

His name: Maciek Smuti
E-mail: contact@cryptosmuti.com

He contacted from the e-mail contact@cryptosmuti.com, which matched the e-mail from the About page in the youtube channel.

After that he actually made the video and sent an unlisted private video link from his channel (not published) and sent us an eth address for payment. After we paid, he removed the video and no more reply from him. Totally a shameless scammer BEAWARE!!!!

All the views, likes and comments are fake, just check the comments they are the same in all videos.

Are you sure that you're contacting the real owner and not an imposter?
You should use an escrow or a partial payment when dealing to someone unknown in the internet, you can't even report it on youtube for such behaviour/scheme, you just lost your money.

Now that this was posted here, you should make him aware of the existence of this thread so he can address and settle this issue I'm sure it will have an impact on his reputation as a Youtuber if you have a strong case you can bring this to Youtube and report such behavior Youtube will not condone such behavior

Yea, assuming that you're actually talking to the real owner, then you pretty much got ghosted and there's nothing you can do now. Probably the best you can do right now is to just post about this on his group/community(if he has one). Just to hit his reputation a bit.

I would mostly suggest publicizing stuff like this on Reddit, but it's quite a small YouTube channel so..

It's either you talk to an imposter, or he doesn't have the intention to pay you. We don't know how you contacted him or who contacted who, but the lessons here is that you should escrow so that is is going to be a win-win situation for both of you. When dealing with a strangers and you are using Cryptocurrency it's always recommended to use an escrow, I wonder why OP forget this, this is a peer to peer transaction, it's between you and him no third party involve, you did not mentioned the amount but if it's big money then asking friends to report the channel can help ruin his repuation.

Maybe he doesn't like your design? Since he didn't upload the video, you can't do anything.
If he uploads it to YouTube, contact the company’s support team and give them the required data to prove the intellectual property rights for that video and they will delete it.
Remember to upload it before that, with all the proof that you own it.

General, are you sure that he is the owner of that channel? Uploading it to that video could cause him to lose his channel, I don't think he's so foolish.

I don't know why his doing that to you Because he finished making the video already and all he had to do was to publish it, he already have the money for payment from what you said,then why?

I know he had many followers but publishing the video will not be a big problem even his followers will watch it .besides, there is also chance that he can earn more from ads of his channel if many people watch it.

If that's the reason then I guess he can let the video be uploaded on his channel whether it has paid/non-paid views/comments. He actually made an effort to create the video and decided not to publish/deliver it because he doesn't want to since he get the money after all.
It would have sense for his scam if he accept the payment and didn't create the video.¯(°_o)/¯

Likes views and subscribers can be bought there are sites like Addmefast where you can buy votes, likes and comments this is a the first I have read buying reviews on Youtube, it should be done on escrows or better, on Fiverr there are freelancers who are doing this, always give doubts if you are not using an escrow.
