Anyone in the US who bought it or any other devices from ledger can let me know how long shipping is taking?

They have that information in their site. It depends on the courrier used (DHL or Fedex) but it shouldn't take more than 2-5 business days.

Express shipping with FedEx Express (2 - 3 business working days) Free
Express shipping with DHL (2 - 4 business working days) Free
