Altcoin discussion is not for your topic that I think it is belong to Service Discussion (Altcoins).  I still don't think you need to open any topic for it as the manager Hhampuz announced it in the bounty topic of Emporium by himself. He also announced it in Emporium bounty group in telegram (that I can see from your screenshot).
