Scammers are very clever those days.Now not only they clone original website but also they are making clone app which can be found in play store.Its very dangerous.Normally if we want to download we just search it and download from playstore.So users can be easily tricked by scammers.And in website like matamask can make your life hell by stealing all of your fund.So always users should check the website if it is real or phishing site.And if you use app then before download check the metamask app if it is real.Playstore has clone matamaks app,Trust wallet app.

Scammers are now trying to scam people in any way. For this they are creating such fake websites everyday. They create websites like this to hack newcomers' wallets. Because newcomers don't know about these online scams, they easily fall prey to them. By exposing fake websites in this way, new people will be able to get knowledge about such scams.

I don't want to even click on that link, LOL. It is really malicious and what make it works is that it really looks real visually and they have links to fake malicious apps in three browsers which make it really dangerous if you don't check Metamask official site.

So as I rule of thumb, specially for newbies, not get download any apps specially coming from Google Playstore because it has become a haven for scammers and criminals as well. Good catch again by the OP.

It always pays to always check the domain extension because if you know it by heart you will not get into a fake metamask wallet site it shoulsd always on .io or better bookmark the metamask official site to avoid landing on a fake one.

This is good catch. I hope the website can be turn down, of all scam sites replicating metamask is a clever move by scammer. They knew that many have using this site especially now that mostly process on using defi includes limited wallet like metamask.

Scammers are now trying to scam people in any way. For this they are creating such fake website everyday.

If you compared most reported common ponzi scheme posted here, this one is highly valuable find since there are many users are using it. The chance of being caught on this is high if the user wouldnt pay attention. Once you unlock your wallet using private key on this site then thats it. The end of your funds.
