I watched this video, and I found it interesting. Not so much because it was a flight crew coping with multiple disasters, but because of it's approach to some of the problems we encounter in life. One important message that I got from it was this - When you have multiple failures, don't focus on what is broken, but check to see what is still working. Then use that to work out how you are going to get out of the problem.

First off am not familiar with flights/aviation terms but the narrator was as plan as he could go.
That was one hell of a training day for the all the trainees, encountering such on your check day. Picked so much all ready.
+ On a bad day/ unpleasant event, decision making is crucial -sort them critically-
+ Team work is such an indomitable asset
+ Anxiety disorder critical thinking

Even on a good day preparing/expectations of a bitter event backs up your defense, never no what can happen the next second/minute.
