Hello to all. The 30% mining fee is something new, like a tax on the air we breathe. All the same, it was necessary to study the topic of bitcoin exchange deeper. And Simplex does not have a very good reputation. I highly recommend new users to first make friends among experienced Bitcoin users - there are many of them on this forum. When you buy one or another product on the Internet, you first ask the price and know in advance all the pitfalls, all the additional interest of all payment systems, thanks to which they accept payment. I am  much surprised that this new space for you was not explored in advance. If I were a beginner, the 30% mining commission would turn me away from Bitcoin too. It's a really bad experience - but it's still an experience.

You have just chosen the wrong services to use, That's stealing someone's money man! 30% mining fees? I mean that's way too much. Their services are like stealing people's money with that large amount of percentage. Thankfully you have just bought a little amount of BTC.

As for the KYC (When they ask you your License or passport, you have the right not to give them any information about yourself. usually, there are lots of options you can find out there, you can go to the gambling discussion board to ask for some help.

You are the one to be blamed here, because you bought bitcoin by using wrong service.

I can agree that he's to be blamed here, but the only one? It's like you're blaming the victim rather perpetrator who causes the problem.
Its their platform and they can set their own withdrawal fee which is really to high with this service so user have to be careful while purchasing or converting cryptos and it is important to look out their fee structure as well.
