Any Player/Investor Skill Games?

I'm tired of all the ponzi, pyramid scams, gambling, guaranteed return games.

Here is the game I'm looking for.

1. People who started earlier don't have any huge advantage. They may have made more money from starting earlier, but anyone entering later should have relatively the same income earning opportunities as someone who started at the beginning of the game. That means no tokens for dirt cheap at the beginning of the game just because they were lucky and spammed the app at the first possible opportunity or used a script to buy.

2. Money eventually stops getting sucked out of the system and only distributed to players. The developer can profit for a certain duration or something like first 5 games, then the dev no longer makes any money directly from the game.

3. Scripts have no huge advantage.

4. Anyone with just a small amount of crypto isn't severely disadvantaged when playing the game.

(I'll add more rules as I think of them.)

Does a game like this currently exist?

If this game doesn't exist, here's what I have in mind:
Investors (Whales) vs Players.
Players attempt to take money from Investors.
When the Player fails, the Investors make money.
Add strategy to make it fun.

there are already games like poker and sports betting that require skills + luck and are not a ponzi scheme, there are dice games that are games that in my opinion require more luck than strategy... why don't you stick with those games? I saw a lot of people in that section trying to create a lot of new games that in the end became a ponzi scheme

there are already games like poker and sports betting that require skills + luck and are not a ponzi scheme, there are dice games that are games that in my opinion require more luck than strategy... why don't you stick with those games? Poker is a traditional card game and sports betting isn't what I'm looking for. I'm hoping to find something that takes advantage of smart contract and not just for transparency purposes. Most games is just going for a quick cash grab, and I think that is short sighted. A player vs player investment style skill game is what I'm looking for or hoping someone will design it.

Yea that link is all just gambling games from what I could tell from skimming.
