So, I attempted to sell some available amazon egift cards on this site, and it surprised me but there were numerous people who attempted to scam me. Luckily, I did my due diligence and read up on the scams that happened and took advice from the experiences of others in the past. To admit, without reading the warnings and past posts and doing research on the supposed traders, I definitely would have lost everything. To admit however, these scammers' attempts were ingenious.

I'm feeling wary about doing trades here, but I am sure these small group of scammers do not reflect this community. I am curious if there is a running list of scammers and good traders on this site that I can refer to. In addition, I am curious if escrowing transaction is enough to prevent the possibility of being scammed out of trades in the future. I am seeking the forums' collective expertise on this matter so I can better prepare myself.

Thank you.

You can get a lot of scammers,

Make sure you tag them and record your experience with them.

There are a lot of good guys around here just make sure they have some "Trust" first.

good for you that you made some research. Bitcointalk and cryptocurrency in general is scammers paradise. If you stay with reputable community members, you will have quite many successful trades Smiley
