Thus, we once again see that the countries of the world are divided into two camps - cryptopositivists and those who are skeptical of digital currencies. So India is trying to join the latter. We'll wait and see. I'm not entirely sure about the authority of the source of information. But it looks plausible at first glance Huh

Don't worry, crypto currencies are not yet banned in India, yes there are likely chances to ban it but not sure what it will happen? Maybe after the next election.

I don't think the govt will wait for elections to ban crypto IF they are hellbent on banning it.

Elections won't have an effect as the crypto community is a small one and it's easy to paint crypto users as a bunch of debauched individuals buying drugs and evading taxes and such.

So the govt can even spin it to its advantage.

So the govt can even spin it to its advantage.
Not really because of crypto community but they are busy with lot other things, especially building the temple. Governments can ban anything they want and no one can ask anything about it because whoever raising voice over them will be terms as terrorists groups.
