I would do you guys one more better, if you follow cryptopanic you could see that they have almost all the websites and all the news there plus there are more stuff in there as well. Instead of following news websites which would only give you information from one place, follow it from all the places and that way you will get news from everywhere and you can hear about the same thing from different perspective as well.

However starting a crypto news website is harder than people may think, the coding is simple (usually wordpress ready template) and you can put up couple of news but as a person who worked in few of those I can tell you that writing tens of news every single day will cause burn out after a month, even after a week sometimes, it is a tedious boring work.
