Maybe you can try to contact roycilik, I'm working with him for several project design, he can design html banner, signature design, telegram sticker etc. About the banner you wants, maybe he can create it for you, since i'm just working with him for thread/signature design, i can't give more detail. Just PM him bro

I have no idea who's the designer of stake.com.

But the easiest to find out is to ask the people on stake, they have an ann thread. Should you go there and ask them.
