I personally never use this option but I suggest this to one of my friend and he is using Binance from European country and he provide only Identity verification and Address verification with social media accounts never any selfie this is working ok for him you can also try this hopefully this will works for you second option is Poloniex its also not required any selfie you can do with Identity and Address verification for bank deposit.

It feels weird and sketchy when someone is fine with giving up their documents which has a pic of themselves in it but not a selfie which takes 1 second to click. hmm.

I'd find it suspicious if they never ask for selfie, since uploading documents are not a guarantee the user is the same person. If you don't want KYC maybe you should try P2P transactions instead.

You can always transfer even without sending the ID card, but if you want to stay away from censorship, it is best to make the purchase completely anonymously by purchasing gift cards.

You can use this option but here you have some more ways also like if you have paypal then this will works better as you can linked your bank account with this and then buy gift cards and if you have no paypal then you need some long process with this because checking account works but sometime need long time to settle transactions.
You have try with Binance and Poloniex or no because as I know these both never ask for any selfie from user for verification?

Usually if they will ask for your IDs and other documentation they would also ask for a selfir where you are holding your IDs as well as way of providing that you are really the one in your ID some of them even ask for you to hold the date when you have taken that selfie so I don't think their will be a KYC process that won't require you not to take a picture of yourself. These companies know by now that personal information can be bought online as well as people trying to impersonate other people just to go pass the KYC process.

LBC didn't asked me selfie for tier 1 verification but I completed it before the new tier system was implemented so not sure about how they are doing now, if you have no other choice then better give it a try.

Now LBC policy changes they asking for some very long procedure for this all just check their site and read all about this too many members already delete their accounts on LBC and using alternative for this all because they announces they have to implement this all because now European Union is bringing some stick policies for these sites and companies so if someone cannot follow this then he can delete his account from here.

Seems you are talking about some country members were temporarily restricted from using their LBC accounts and they only need to complete intensive KYC documents but all other depends on their tier system only.Headr that few of the heavily restricted countries have been removed as well lately.
