I've been using cloudbet for less than 2 weeks.

Everything was working ok and suddendly after I made one big win of between 0.05-0.1 btc they are starting to ask me about my KYC which is totally fine. I provided them with my documents today.

The only thing that bothers me is that I can't login on the website and place bets anymore. I get error that my account is not recognized and when I try to reset my password same thing happens again. Is this procedure normal?

Can someone explain me why this happened and if someone has had experience with this. Couple of my friends are using it and are satisfied but this one sounds fishy to me...

Please contact me if you know how I can solve this?

I contacted their support about this today, but no response still.

I'll keep you guys updated.

Also got KYC mail, afer withdrawing 0.3204513 BTC yesterday at 23.30.

I have sent everything I had to them (insurance proofs, bills, ID and driver license etc.) but no answers.
Also experiencing issue like thread author, "my account not recognized".

EDIT: solved after 5 days, replied and verified without problems.

I'll write an update about my situation as most people just run away and dissapear when their request gets fulfilled.

FINAL UPDATE:

As user @Cloudbet allready said, my account has been unfrozen.

My account got locked on morning of Friday 13th  (Friday 13th curse is real aguess  Grin ) and was unlocked at Tuesday 17th in the morning as well.

Since their support informed me that this KYC process usually lasts about 7-10 days, I was very satisfied that they managed to solve this case much sooner.

I have no complaints on support. User Cloudbet responded immediately and so did their support on e-mail.

The only thing that was little bit uncomfortable for me was that I couldn't log in to my account while this entire proccess of KYC was happening. Also, the thing that confused me was that I couldn't log in into my account and kept getting error that the username or password were incorrect.

My suggestions to Cloudbet is to reconsider that users can still place bets even when they are under proccess of KYC . If you are not for this solution, I think that giving the user error: "You are currently in proccess of KYC verification. You will be able to log in once this is finished." This is only a suggestion though.

All in all, I am satisfied as my accountn and funds have been unfrozen and I am now able to place bets on their site. They are definitely not a scam website as some users on the forum claim.

This is my point of view and I can't vouch for everyon else, but only me.

As the issue has been resolved could you please edit the title adding 'Resolved' and lock the thread? Unless you have further questions.

EDIT: [RESOLVED] added to the name of the title and thread is now locked.

Another UPDATE

My account got locked up again, after I fully verified my profile.

I have no idea why this happened, I haven't been notified about anything and I have no idea what the hell is going on.

I'll update everyone about steps Cloudbet will take after this.

It is the best to ask their exactly proof to you. They have to come up with something. Based on the KYC procedure they can not just simply closed accounts as this is not relevant.
I think you can also achieve more with direct contact to them instead of the forum probably. But if they really want to close your account, they should not only give you reasons, they also have to clarify it with screenshots for example.

Hello, my account was just locked and I really need the funds.  I'm really worried, lol.  There was a misgrade in my bitcoin balance and it was negative and my bitcoin cash balance well covered it, I am waiting on a sizeable bitcoin cash withdrawal and they froze and locked me out of the account and asked for my identifying documents which I sent to them.

I'm waiting and perplexed at what is going on.  They can just take the misgrade from my bitcoin cash balance and pay me what is owed from sports betting, that's not a problem.  I've lost a lot over the years to the site and the one small run I go on it looks like something fishy is going on.

Help please, anyone.  What can I do?  I've heard this will make them make me wait months or something.

Very confused, will I see the money?  I'm just an unemployed musician and already received my last unemployment check.  Scared...

yep same thing happened to me, they are confiscating $15,000 of mine due to saying I'm a US citizen.  Even if I'm wagering in Mexico .  This makes no sense and is such an awful and shady loophole.  Can anyone help
