Best app or site to keep track of your altcoins?

I'm asking how you keep track of the altcoins prices you're interested in? Like spikes in prices ... if i'm not looking at it specifically on an exchange i have no clue how that coin is doing. Just seems that there has to be a better method. Any help much appreciated.

Someone should make an app for iphone that would show realtime ofall the alt coin prices so you could always check on them.
maybe even make it so you can have notifications pop up when price jumps and even a market where u could trade would be even amazing.
