It's hard to find a trusted way lately because both parties (income providers and seekers) have mutual doubts about each other, especially on random people on the internet. But there will always be ways you can try, including:

If you want to earn that through online, the answer above is correct of being a freelancer. You don't need to invest any money on it as long as you already have the equipment ready like your PC/laptop and good internet connection.

But if you haven't checked your local place, you need find a job and save money to do other things that where you can invest your savings and generate a profit or dividends. Like if you have saved money and bought a real estate for rental, that's passive income monthly but as you have said, no investment needed.

You get only a few opportunities with that condition you have set.

thats why there are online sites that are built that are bieng managed by a reputable person/s ( if site is already succesful and popular ) like for example freelancing sites like fiverr . this will remove the doubt or worker and employer than hiring and seeking online in a non organized and non popular platforms .

Best way is to WORK. You work for dollars, since you don't want to invest some money, then the best thing is to get a job.
Another way is to do some bounty campaigns or signature campaigns in this forum, but most of rewards here are in altcoins or Bitcoins, so you can just convert them into USD.

Then you can research those faucet sites available although it gives little profit but still it's reasonable for some newbies to get a fresh start with cryptocurrency, also there are few job posting on service section also in bounty section maybe you can get a job there but you need to be good and skilled to get those jobs here.

Actually there are things which you can really able to earn without the need of investment but somehow it do require some skills and knowledge for you to be able to do so.

Effort would be needed and some resources like internet,pc or mobile.It depends and it do varies on such task to be given with have some rewards.

On topic reply on how to make income without the need of investment? then these things are on my mind

- Affiliating on gambling sites.
- Online task that do pay up with Bitcoin or top alts (which are usually have different category or complexity).
- Freelancing
- Airdrops (a total shit but if you do have time then why not? )

I think you can become a blogger or streamer? It's easy and some sites are searching for a streamer for their sites.
of course, it'll take some time, but as long as you have a camera and PC you may at least try.
