I vaguely remembered this hyped project that gained popularity for a short burst. To be fair, they were not scamming per se, the price just got hyperinflated that no one want to buy. They're more than 1,000 USD per token. Surely no one wanted to buy at the level

The pattern of the price pump makes it to look like a suspicious project, how do you find a project that will only go up and would never come down or dip for a correction like every other normal project in the market!
If the token already pumped that high of course people will be afraid to get it but there is assurance the price will never dip so I guess they have nothing to fear

They have something to fear, it is exactly on the post you quoted. True that price was somehow set so it will never dip, but no one wanted to buy anymore, so whoever has the token can only hope there is a buy order at one point someday or accept that they now has a collectibles
