AFAIK, almost all services that allow credit cards payments use Simplex which doesn't allow transactions below 50$.

If I were you, I would just deposit the money into steam, buy CSGO skins (assuming that you have so many VCCs) and then resell them for BTC. I realize that you will end up losing 20-30% of the cards value this way, but I can't really think of any other way to benefit from these cards.

1. Exchange recommendations will depend on what country you're in.
2. You can look for local sellers on your city/country through peer-to-peer sites like HodlHodl.com
3. You might want to increase your $5 amount, because withdrawal fees on any exchanges might cut that $5 in half.

Checkout https://www.bestchange.com/ for list of exchange that will accept virtual card for crypto. However it is very unlikely you will see any of the service providers that will accept $5 because this is very low. Transaction fees and other charges will take roughly this amount. You might consider buying at least $50 worth of Btc with your card

Hello
I do believe that you have to understand that 5$ is extremely low thus you would pay more free in percentage of you want to buy bitcoins from visa/master card.

At the same time it's always helpful if you do state your country while asking questions like this since people would be able to share their own personal experience with you.

At the same time you can always add money through visa/master card in an exchange wallet (use offline) , then convert them into any crypto.

I believe the best option for 5$ would be P2P transactions.

Buying bitcoin with that amount even what payment facilitator you used will give you a headache regarding the fees. Also afaik, sites accepting debit/credit card for payment also accept VCs. Btw you can check crypto.com, paybis.com or localcryptos as p2p platform.

I can see why you suggested paybis and crypto.com but I'm not sure I understand how can he use a P2P platform in this case? Shouldn't the cards be issued by a provider that allow card to card transactions for that to work?

$5 seems to be too small an amount as most exchanges have much higher limits.
I don't know if you have looked around but you might as well try checking the Currency exchange Board. There are a number of users there offering to exchange BTC or Visa/MasterCard. Just be careful and only deal with trusted Members.

If you have PayPal connected to your Visa cards, maybe you can try this option on exchange board which Bitcoin_Arena suggested.
Check my signature, on BestChange you can find Visa/MasterCard to Bitcoin, 20+ reliable exchangers. Maybe you will find there a solution for such a small amount, I hope you know that the fee will take you a high percentage in this transaction.

As suggested above since that is a small amount you can trust this forum upon having exchange to your fiat that comes from your Visa/MasterCard.

Be careful upon choosing exchange sites where to buy Bitcoin that involved your personal identity, it should be a trusted exchange site.
Have you tried Bitpanda?

You have to be very careful when you choose your trade partners. If you are careless in your selecting process, you can get troubles if your trade partners have fraudulent activites and money laundering activities. They can scam you or your account can be frozen by your trades with them.

Choose old users, very high trust ratings and with good feedback from past trader partners.
