Question about sccount being banned for selling piracy tools...

Why is it that I get banned when trying to sell legitimate piracy tools? Speaking of course my NF, Hulu, HBO, etc, WEB-DL tools. I offer escrow for buyer protection. I provide video proof that the tools are working. I don't know what more I can do. And I don't believe it violates any rules... This is a digital good, so i just dont get it. Any info would be appreciated
