Hello:  I need some advice please.

My card has stopped working.  It is a:

SAPPHIRE 100352-4L Radeon HD 7950 3GB GDDR5 PCI-Express Video Card with Boost
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202030

I bought it June 2013.  I have 3 other cards, exact same model.

The fan is spinning and I do not see any burn marks on the board or card.  I was using a powered 16X to 16X Powered Riser Cable.  I tried swapping out the cable with a 1X to 16X with no luck.  The card is powering up, but windows does not recognize it.  The other 3 are working fine.  I have a Tripplite Surge protector on the rig.  Not sure if its the card, motherboard or something else.

No overclocking.  I took it easy on these guys.

Any suggestions?
