I have gone through some articles pointing out how bitcoin lightening network works especially in processing transaction at faster speed and reduced transaction fee. As we all know that presently the transaction fee for sending bitcoin is very high and this is a great disadvantage especially if I am sending small amount of bitcoin to an exchange platform or I am purchasing a services (e.g Nord VPN subscription) with you few bucks in bitcoin. I am looking forward to see someone who can explain if it is possible to use bitcoin lightening network to send bitcoin to a CEX wallet address. I understand that lightening network use QR code instead of public key and both are provided by CEX

If CEX supports lightening payment then there are no problem to send your coin using LN.

This is what I found after searching on google:

They talked about LN. Did they give you a LN address?

Based on the problem you're having, this is shared by all the other small traders who only have bitcoins in their hard wallets. when the bitcoin price goes up, they can't trade. considering the price is quite large. while the bitcoins they own are only 2 times the transaction fee. This is a problem I hear a lot about lately. but is using the bitcoin lightening network really the solution? I still don't get it. because this is not the first time, also experienced by Ethereum holders. Shouldn't this problem be given a way out in carrying out Bitcoin and Ethereum transactions which until now has not been resolved.
