I have crypto at many different exchanges,(HitBTC,etc), wallet services (coinbase, etc) is there a mobile app or online website that will join them all together in one place and better yet alert me when a coin raises more than X% or X amount...

said app/service would have no need to beable to trade or send at said service. only display and alert.

The tool to use in this case is a portfolio manager. You will have to just import your API keys from the exchanges (make sure you disable withdrawals or trading) and also import your watch only addresses (the apps won't ask for your private keys)

The ones I know are
  • Blockfolio
  • Delta portfolio manager
  • Bituniverse
  • 3commas - it's a trading bot app but has an option to watch your portfolio

If you're a full time trader whereas it totally makes sense to just leave funds on exchanges, you could probably use services such as TabTrader[1] for being able to trade using only 1 app(Disclaimer: I haven't used it for years, so do your due diligence), and Blockfolio[2] for portfolio tracking.

On the other hand, if you're not a full-time trader and you just mostly hold bitcoin/crypto, please use a non-custodial wallet: https://NotYourKeys.org/

Agree, TabTrader may be useful if OP wants to trade actively. But I think OP just wants more on display and alerts, he/she just likely want to HOLD on some exchanges.
Bitcoin_Arena already suggested a lot of portfolio trackers, which really useful especially the Blockfolio and Delta portfolio manager. If OP wants another alternative, I can suggest Coinstats(https://coinstats.app/en/).

I second that Blockfolio is one of the best apps for that particular purpose in Mobile Application.

You can create multiple portfolios too if you want a separate coin group.

I hope you won't be annoyed every time you will set an alarm and your set target price always got hit lol.

You can get alert from coinbase too (only on selected coins I think) and so does in the above suggested app. I have been using blockfolio for a while now, it works fine. You can even monitor your portfolio there.

If privacy is not your first choice, you can rely on third-party applications that provide all of these services for free and some of them provide these services in addition to some paid services and the best of these options:

 - Blockfolio: My experience with them is not good, but many reviews put them first.
 - coinstats.app: I have been using this application for more than a year and have not encountered any problems, perhaps there will be some problems with unknown cryptos/tokens, but it is good.

If you care about privacy, you can write a program to display API requests. Or pay a developer for that.

It's dangerous leaving your coins on hitbtc or any exchanges, if hack happens your coins will be lost forever, also coinbase is a centralized crypto wallet, there is no private keys or Mnemonic seed for recovery if things go wrong I suggest you fix that, if you want to keep track of some coins or tokens you will need blockfolio app
