I made a new coin, on the goerli testnet. designed to turn the network into a second ethereum network with FREE ETHER. the token is called UUSD, because it will always be worth less than one dollar, to raise funds for this token, I am selling it for 0.5$, once I have it listed it will only be created by a purchase of one dollar in bitcoin, or any other somewhat stable cryptocurrency on exchanges.

That's not really how this works. Your new token has no value, so like ay other ICO or launch I suggest you create an [ANN] thread and see if people choose to invest in this.

Legitimately it sounds like you are trying to sell monopoly money for BTC. You have a coin with no idea plan or necessity, and you are valuing it at .5$

Unbelievable lol, I suggest no one take OP up on their offer. I love the part of it always being worth less than 1$, despite that being it's future cost, and current savings is .5$ - funnily .01$, and .00 are also less than 1$ so it's not an outright lie.
