I see $0 balance in Blockfi.com where is my money?

I put some money USDC in blockfi.com to get 8.6% internet.  Today I log in and see $0 balance in my account.  Does anyone have the problem like this?  Thanks.

Did you try to logout and login again to check your account's balance? I see they have encountered an issue 15 hours ago though and it's now fixed base on their latest tweet.

Have you tried messaging them regarding your issue? Their email support@blockfi.com and telegram channel.

How was the history of your account? Maybe it's just a bug and just needs that Ctrl + F5. Make sure that there are no other people that could access your account. It's unusual only to lose your balance there.

I just refresh the browser and now it shows the balance.  I also enable 2FA so nobody can hack into the account.

Great. Nice to see that the problem is already solved in a short period. After seeing your post I have tried to search if have any problem on blockfi end. but suddenly the electricity is gone.LOL. Just on the pc and see the issue is already solved. Now you should lock this thread.

Good thing, I guess the problem is your internet connection at that moment. Or the Blockfi's server short downtime just what they mentioned in their tweet.
