I have 10 antminers and currently hash to btc guild. Now that they are running less than 90% luck it doesnt make sense to stay there. 50 btc is running pps at 3% fee so i keep 97% i have been able to switch my knc miners over as well as my 2 wired antminers. The other 8 miners are configured with wifi but i see no reason that would prevent them from connecting, After entering the info in miner configuaration for 50btc and applying the 50 btc comes back dead each and every time. i have tried an 3 of my antminers. Please any help anyone can offer is much appreciated. Thank you

Antminers need a wifi antenna to work reliably on wireless.  Also, try Ghash.IO for the mining pool because they pay very well.  I used to mine with slush and then even tried BTC Guild and Ghash.IO pays way more than either of them.  No pool fee on Ghash, by the way.

And as Ghash.io have a bigger pool than others, blocks are found faster and people receive more than if they was mining on very small pool (less blocks).

If you have 10 ant miners your best bet in terms of reducing variance is to split them up roughly proportional to pool network share. You can shade that if you want to express a view about the value of the pools (trustworthiness, fees, etc.). For example, I put an extra share of my mining on p2pool even thought it has low network share, and I avoid the high fee pools, but split across most of the others.

stratum+tcp://uk1.ghash.io:3333

or

stratum+tcp://us1.ghash.io:3333
