TDXP—the people’s exchange
Users can immediately start trading with no sign-up or KYC requirement.
No need to deposit funds to start trading.
TDXP only takes custody upon the execution of the trade.
No need to wait multiple business days on a traditional broker or tens of confirmations on a cryptocurrency exchange to execute a trade.
Withdrawals from trades are also executed instantly.
If one wishes to take profits from an open trade the value is immediately sent back to the user’s wallet.
Many markets are available on TDXP, including the major U.S. stock indices, precious metals, individual stocks, top cryptocurrencies, and forex.
Trading for as little as a penny with 20x leverage.

(U.S. citizen  or resident is not allowed to trade)

I am just a user myself.
It is global but US residents or citizen, Iran, North Korea, ….. users can not use it.
Users provide liquidity, see provide liquidity button.
Terms and conditions in on top right corner, 3 stripes
There is no trading fees just holding fees which change from market to market, see market data (bottom right)

For example
ETH-USDT (Huobi) Holding Fee for ever 8 hours is 0.017884%
Gold (XAU)-USD (Real-time FX) Holding Fee  is 0.009946%
Euro EUR-JPY (Real-time FX) Holding Fee is 0.004949%
Apple AAPL (NYSE)Holding Fee  is 0.009946%
Dow Jones 30 (CBOT) Holding Fee is 0.009946%

What the tax situation is in trading COMMODITIES, STOCKS, INDICES, FOREX, CRYPTO in your place of residency you have to figure out
Only crypto market is open 24/7, gray dot market closed, red dot no connectivity

True Decentralized exchange
and then this...
It is global but US residents or citizen, Iran, North Korea, ….. users can not use it.

Is this a joke?
If it's a truly decentralized exchange, then who determines who the US, Iran and North Korea Citizens are?

If you want to know what a true decentralized exchange looks like, try and check out bisq.network

So you say ultimate Brokerless, Noncustodial,  Leveraged Derivatives Trading is better as decentralized exchange.
How many exchanges you know with no trading fees (only holding fee) where you can trade crypto as well as stocks, Gold, Euros.....

BTW, Uber pumping hard, up 7%+
