What account's level you're it's Silver, Gold or Platinum? AFAIK Gold is the requirement to open interest account.

I read on their withdrawal limits, Gold level has limit for $200,000/week on withdraw crypto [1] probably you already meet the limit so you can't withdraw again, so you need to wait next week.

Because I see you want to withdraw Bitcoin worth for $300,000 only in 2 days.
