you can check by yourself if a transaction has been transmitted and has been confirmed
http://blockchair.com/bitcoin/address/3NkWAoSCmxjEGvUnMfv8NXMfaV935z74vA
last receiving transaction has been seen 6 days ago and now it is empty. what is the amount/day that you have sent bitcoin? however it is impossible to reverse the payment or get "bitcoin back".

I don't know if it's just me but both of those addresses don't look to have a balance on blockchair? Can you post the txid and are you sure you sent the transaction? What software were you using?

the recipient declares that he did not receive them.
It depends: maybe you sent it to the wrong address, or maybe they're lying. Is the recipient a person or an exchange or other large company?
Either way, the funds moved out of the destination address, so someone has access to your funds.

Txid: sent to : bitcoincash:prnsxaalhxeayq78cf85c4c49zcckq4595t69j88hp.
So this is your transaction, sending 0.63657283 BCH.

You should answer the question in the reply above yours and give more details about the transaction for further assistance;
Was it a payment for a service? And was it sent to an individual or a business?
• If it was an individual and you were paying for something, it's most likely a scam attempt and they are lying about not getting it as the funds are already received and spent from the address.

• If you sent it to an exchange, it could also be a scam. You would need to contact their support and publicize the website here if they are lying about not receiving the funds.

There is also the possibility that the mistake was from your end and you sent the funds to the wrong address.

The question, did you have the private key, seed phrase of that bitcoin address if you don't have the private key of that bitcoin address then could be gone for your fund.

Some people said, was really easy to recover BCH on BTC address while the address is a legacy address because both of them have the same private key. Some of thread you worth to try and read about your case, the OP of this thread has solved his problem for this issue : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5139021.0

Please it advisable for op to read this thread till ending maybe might help him a lot to recover his lost bch, thanks for sharing this vital information @ryzaadit.

So, basically what you did is you send Bitcoin Cash to your Bitcoin wallet.. right..?

Probably the easiest way to get these back if you didn't send them to a 3... (segwit) bitcoin adress is to:

1. Export your Ledger Nano S seed into Electrum, or use connect with hardware device on electrum (when importing check BIP39 seed.)
2. In electrum, check the BTC adress you send the BCH to. Export the private key of said adress.
3. Download electroncash, import the private key holding the BCH, and make a transaction back to your "BCH" ledger wallet.

You can also follow this guide to find the private key for said adress, and then import it into electroncash. (Or whatever Bitcoin cash wallet you prefer.)

Be careful, do not share either of your privatekey or seed phrase to anyone or you will lose all your funds. I am not sure if you can take back what you have sent and as you mentioned you have sent BCH to a BTC address. Better try to contact the wallet's support and see of there is anything that they can do. Again do not share your private key or seed pharase even if you are talking to an admin or support.

Thank you very much for your clear explanations. what escapes me now is to contact wallet support.

It is pretty straightforward, but only the receiver can do it. Every wallet has slightly different methods. Here is the one for bitcoin.com, assuming that's what the receiver is using.

https://support.bitcoin.com/en/articles/3680104-i-accidentally-sent-bch-to-my-btc-wallet

If they did not receive the payment with a bitcoin.com wallet, then you have to find out which wallet they're using and its process.

A huge disadvantage of the crypt is that it does not forgive mistakes. Here in the banking system, customers are protected from various stupid mistakes. I think many of us lost the crypt through inattention. Developers could lay down a mechanism to avoid making frequent mistakes, but hardly anyone thinks about ordinary coin holders.

I don't think this is the right decision, the whole point of the blockchain is that no one can influence transactions. The mistake lies on the shoulders of the sender, it fosters attentiveness in people.
