I have made a transaction from blockchain.com well over 3 hours ago and is still pending. I have previously sent lower amounts and had the transaction done in about an hour, and this transaction is still not confirmed. Are you guys experiencing the same kind of trouble? I know that miners will pick lower volume transactions over transactions with lower fees, but I paid above the average $12,50 and it still won't budge... can you guys comment on this pls?

Right now the mempool size is about 111 MB, with ~57,000 unconfirmed transactions so the fee rate for the transaction to be confirmed in the next block has to be about 100 sat/vB or more.

When it comes to Bitcoin the amount of transaction fees you have paid in USD doesn't actually matter, what matters is;
1. The fee rate you used in sats/vbyte. The higher the fee rate, the higher the chances of getting your transaction confirmed in the next block
2. The size or depth of the mempool at the time when you broadcast the transaction
3. The number of inputs and outputs in your transaction (this determines the size of your transaction in bytes)

So if you don't mind, check the fee rate of your transaction (in sats/byte) by entering your transaction ID in block explorers like blockchair.com and let us know how much you used.

Sometimes if one of your inputs from your transaction has a series of unconfirmed transactions it won't confirm right away.
There is no other way to speed up those transactions unless if you can contact the first sender to tell them to increase the transaction fee.

Or your transaction has so many inputs with a large transaction size?
If you can share the transaction(TXID) here we can analyze the transaction if what is the cause of this TXID being stuck for almost 3hrs.
