Vsys 2.0 is now live with its latest update to its smart contract system dubbed 'The Fermat Smart Contract System' .. yep another mathematician.

The fun thing about Vsys 2.0 is that now it has features like Lock Contracts, Non-fungible Contracts, and Payment channel Contracts.
Although not novel, it is the most user-friendly system in place to make the life of developers and businesses looking to implement blockchain technology a lot easier.

All of this is building up the V systems ecosystem for the upcoming star feature of implementing V-cloud, on which the devs are already working on.

If you want to read more about Vsys 2.0, you can visit this article published on Medium.

I just read the latest weekly update you guys post. Saw that VCloud is finally getting ready to release. Also noticed that there was a significant climb in the prices as well. I guess Vsys is picking up the slack now isn't it?
If you asked me Vcloud is the single most awaited feature of Vsystems right from the day it was announced. Looking to learn more about it in the future. I'll be watching.

great updates, and Fermat smart contract includes three major pillars:
 - Lock contract: A solution for asset locking that can be used as a proof of digital property on the blockchain
 - Non-fungible contract: A smart contract to create non-fungible tokens on V Systems that can represent ownership of non-digital assets
 - Payment channel contract: A powerful, innovative, self-contained payment model that makes micro-transactions, or very high frequency transactions possible
seems i will think to buy more this coins, because a lot of good things coming to Vsys

I stayed away from crypto for almost half a year now. But the first thing I did after logging in is check Telegram of Vsys. There I saw all these updates and then I came to the forum.

I am glad that the Vsys is becoming more popular but why are there no signature campaigns or media promotion? Especially considering that you are in charge of the community @legendster I was hoping to see more given your past as a bounty manager.

If I am not mistaken then I think the whole Vcloud feature support was supposed to come by the end of 2019, or am I wrong?

Has Sunny been slacking off on Vsys just like he did on Peercoin? Or is he not even in the scene as far as development is concerned? Also, I'd like to know when you guys would consider updating the roadmap for Vsys on the main website.

I wonder how many developers would actually pick up Vsys after Vcloud release. I hope you do have a dev outreach program.

Not happy with the lack of communication between the executive team and investors right now.

Not happy with the lack of communication between the executive team and investors right now.

A few things to note.

The Peercoin team and Vsys teams are different. yes, there are some supporters of Peercoin that are the early supporters of Vsys. But the whole rhetoric of Sunny leaving Peercoin high and dry is just that, rhetoric. Sunny developed and designed Peercoin from the bottom up and then left it to capable hands that didn't require supervision. Now, this was a bit before my time when I joined the Vsys team, I can only tell you what I have learned from my research.

So, the answer is no, similar to Peercoin, Vsys has been built up from the ground to what it is now by Sunny and the development work is now entrusted to capable hands that do not require handholding or supervision. Sunny, is pretty approachable and you can easily connect with him on Discord and speak to him about his current role in any of his projects including Vsys.

Lastly, the communication between the executives and investors are not supposed to be done in public. And I assure you, that to the best of my knowledge, all the investors involved are well aware of all the developments in the Vsys ecosystems and I'd assume that they're pretty happy with the progress so far.

Personally, I can tell you that yes, there have been a few delays, but that is largely due to the covid outbreak. Being headquartered in Hongkong, the team did initially face some difficulties in coordinating with the development team which delayed a few things by a few months, but Vsys stands committed to the promises it made to its investors and its community members in terms of the roadmap that was planned.

Speaking of which, yes, I've been hearing that the roadmap might be updated, but I do not have any solid news about that. I will however, be posting about it frantically the moment a new roadmap is updated with newer timelines.

I almost forgot about this thread! Thanks for the explanation. I just checked out your medium pages again, it seems they are still working on the Smart contract release and also token swap on Uniswap. What's taking so long with these? Aren't these supposed to be simple tasks?
