[SCAM] - Coinbe.net

Hello to all,

More than a year ago, I have traded on polish exchange - coinbe.net. That was the only exchange that accepted KBC (Karatgold Coin) in that time - so I wanted to sell my coins.
I deposited and sold my coins, transfered it into BTC and ETH and make withdrawal request to my wallet. In the middle of transactions, they closed withdraws, only allowed deposits.
All users tried to withdraw money buy without a success. We sent more than 1000 emails - support and coinbe "owner" just lied to us - his story was that they will give us our assets in 2-3 days.

Now after more that a year, I see that they are online again and I searched and found some useful infomations (about that where is webiste located and who is the owner), also I have a lot of proofs (video materials and screenshots about my wallet). Also I have connections with other users - so we have allot of money there.

I just wanted to ask someone to help us, are there any legal ways to get our assets from there - me and my frieds would pay (split) that money If we manage to get our funds from there.

Did someone succeded to get money from them or similiar?

you said you have evidence and you know where the owner of the exchange is located, so you should look for a lawyer who will tell you how to sue Coinbe.net... you know who Is the owner of the exchange is easier to sue him. but you have to look for a lawyer in your country to help you solve that problem. and I think it might even be easy if you were from a European country and the owner of the exchange was also from a European country. or if you were in a country where you were close to his country. I am talking about this because the costs to go to the country of the scammer would be lower.

There's nothing much outsiders here can help you except try to provide information with you. If indeed it's located in Poland. You may need a lot of money and legal work to track them down. It would have been much easier if you were in Poland and working with the local authorities there.

If OP will decide to contact legal people, they need to prepare for the money to pay them and the waiting time if ever they will resolve this situation. Also, make sure that they have all the documents that they need to present a strong case against this site. By the way, is this Polish exchange by any means registered under Poland jurisdiction? If not, then, it would be very hard to run after them, and maybe they will just be wasting their resources.

And yes it will take a lot of time and money and we don't know what will be the outcome. Then we have the question of jurisdiction, there's a lot of loopholes that  it's going to be hard, unless the Polish authority themselves chases this exchanges and order them to pay back its customers. Other than that, I don't think someone here can help the OP out, just saying.
