Analysis Claymore Alternatives after EPOCH 384 (25th December)

Hello fellow miners. Some of you can remember me from HSRMINER Neoscrypt Fork by Justaminer. I've updated that miner, added new features and fixed bugs without access to source code.

I like Claymore's Eth miner much and used it many times in 2019/2020, so it's sad for me to see this situation.
I decided to see what can be done to solve the problem.

After two weeks of researching and hard work, the solution is 99% ready. I call it "More Epochs" mod for Claymore Eth Miner v15 for Windows. For now mod supports only Cuda 8 version of the miner and increases number of epochs up to 500. Support of Cuda 10 version of the miner, Linux version of the miner and support of Amd gpus will come later (not sure about Amd for now as I don't have any of amd video card right now for research and testing).

I'm doing final tests, right now my mod works with -eres 2 which means epoch 386 for Dag buffer.
But I have to wait actual epoch 385 to check it there. If everything will be fine, I'll release the mod and will create separate topic for it.

Seeing a slow down on 4gb cards of 5-10mhs depending on miner.

What are others seeing?

I'm seeing a slowdown of 4 mhs using Lolminer on HiveOS.

Still studying what the drop is.  The rigs that dropped close to 10mhs are 13 gpu rigs...so it is going to be more than 2x what is seen on a 6 gpu rig.  What odd is some 4gb 570s are still running unaffected and others have slowed even on same miner. 

Will take more time to see but definitely dropping with each new epoch.

Considering Claymore was 3% inflated rate you are seeing real hash now. You can also try to improve with some changes on the config. If you put it, will be usefull to help

Interesting thing about the zombie mode right now in this epoch 385, there is not decrease in hashrate. I have a rx 470 4gb and i have been checking it, when used to do 32 mhs, its hashrate used to fluctuate from 27 to 32mhs, right now is doing 24 and so far it does not fluctuate, it is always 24. I mean before 385 used to fluctuate now it doesn't.

Only for Windows and with some errors... Nice job, but probably better continue with a new miner.

i like lolminer and trm but would be awsome if these miner could support oc, there is no mclock, cvddc, straps , rxboost or ref. need o use 2nd program to oc and do it again on restart save profile load again, would be nice write ol oc settings in bat file and run

Are you in Windows?...
AmdTweak accept line parameters, the XL version not :-(
OverNTool too or you can directly use the AMD Adrenaline driver... to automatic upload it at the start or reboot.
