Unfortunately for me i couldn't find the folder "bitcoin.com" or even APPDATA  Cry i even tried recovery file tools....==> bitcoins gone for sure (could be the reason behind this session crash Huh)
the second "Unfortunately " for me i do have a backup software that saves APPDATA  but guess what .... it saves "\Roaming" folder where "normal app" do save there current data .... so no backup for "\AppData\Local\" ......  Undecided
That's unfortunate.
I'm not familiar with incidents of Windows profile suddenly "crashing" followed by deleted related directories like the specific user's appdata\local.
Perhaps you've been a victim of a Malware or Virus? Or if you deleted the profile after the crash, the directories will surely be deleted.

The only option you have now is to restore the deleted files using a file recovery software or by contacting a data recovery professional.

i will use probably PayPal where the cryptocurrency is directly saved into the account or a hardware secure wallet if it offers  recover warranty in case of damages or password lost or....

Have a great day and stay safe ....

Paypal is not an actual crypto wallet because you can't send or withdraw bitcoins from there, you can just pay or convert them into fiat, which I will never recommend it as wallet.

And hardware wallets warranty doesn't cover your hacks, you are the only person who knows the recovery seed and encryption passwords, so it is your responsibility to keep it safer.

Hi Findingnemo ,
Thank you for the replay,
can you elaborate little bit what you mean "you can't send or withdraw bitcoins" ? As far as i see i can sell my cryptocurrency and get money back ?

I agree on the hacks but in case of a hardware failure ? will this be covered ?

Paypal acts a bit like a stock broker when it comes to Bitcoin: you can buy and sell it to speculate on the price, but that's it. You can't use it to make a payment directly.

When you setup a hardware wallet, it asks you to write down the recovery words. As long as you keep them safe, you can recover from hardware failure.
