The answer into this question is "UNKNOWN" this is really the hardest to be answered because no one can tell on how and when they would increase their price.

Question is, is there any current updates or rumors about development about these projects? If yes, then that would be a good or considerable fundamentals for you to presume on

but put up in mind that this isnt always a good or precise indication that you would really making guaranteed profits.

I thought that there will be more governments that will start their tokenization through use the stellar platforms. It looks like the gas has become the main problem when they are not winning to issue the CBDC use ethereum smartcontract. We will see whether more countries will be trying to issue their CBDC or not. The time will tell us about that dude

I do not know how high XLM and ADA will climb because we do not yet see the altcoin season. But if the altcoin season comes, I think those coins can increase so high. Maybe the price will be increased and reach more than 20k satoshi, but that is just my prediction because we do not know the correct price for both coins. So maybe you can buy more XLM and ADA while the price does not increase higher.

Stellar is surely going to rise this season. The coin has been a good project but has not been utilized for long just like many others. I'm seeing a new time high for these two projects because more buys are in line from the whales.

What if an expert tells you XLM or ADA will hit a particular price, then you buy and hold with anticipation to that, and it didn't happen, what will you do and who will you blame? The same experts that tells you what you wanted to hear and it didn't work out, will also be the one to remind you the essence of doing your own research. The simple and whole truth is, no one knows how far these coins will get to, yes they are among the top coins with hardworking team and active community, but even at that, the crypto market is unpredictable hence be very careful of what you listen to and what you follows. Although, there have been a positive news surrounding XLM about Ukraine working on using it, if it turns to workout as anticipated then there is every possiblity the price will grow even more, but yet none can state correctly how far it will get to. Therefore, in my own opinion, invest what you can afford to lose.

No experts here, but if altcoin market will have a massive uptick in price, then for sure XLM and ADA will be one of those coins that can climb up to reach their previous all time high and set a new one. Those two are enjoying a rally already, but still far from their all time high. So probably in the next six months I'm seeing that they will breach and surpassed it.
