This result shown when I research this on google and try to use this site suggested on the link https://www.finder.com/ph/buy-bitcoin-without-id since CAD is supporter on that platforms. Also although some of them are known but still be careful and buy at your own risk, more research is a big thing here.

It can still be, until caught. Even some bank(s) on canada did banned those purchase from specific website/service, idk how they can detect it though. People will keep them if that's only their available option and I guess being p2p transactions, banks will have a hard time to detect those purchase, though still risky but who can blame them, its their money after all.

This is the best website/service that you may use (or at least one of the bests) for your needs. As always, be very carefully when dealing with anyone and always check all the information that you are able to (seller activity, reviews, etc)

You can try using decentralized exchange Bisq or Localcryptos and look for offers from Canada or make your own offer and wait.
There is no need for any kyc verification for using both of them, and you can even make some p2p trading.

Check my signature, there is a list of many exchangers with probably all payments method. But or sell whatever you need. I guess you can find something for you.  As far as I know, all of the exchangers from the list is checked and the risk of the possibility of fraud is minimized.

You point them to on an abandoned topic which is mostly served for signature spammers. All posts there is posted by accounts inactive for a long time. When you suggest something to someone, never recommend a service that you would not use yourself. Especially when it comes to financial service where someone can run out of money in a few clicks.
I hope your post is not because of the signature counting post.
