It is not related to KYC or finding Best exchange rate, but it is dangerous to trust these exchanges for amounts greater than $ 10,000.
Binance is the best place but I was afraid something would happen and they were asking for documents.
Most of these sites are suitable for small amounts.

I made the transaction with someone one time, paid 15200 and got 15,000, with $ 10 remittance fees paid.
