Binance hasn't been without headache since joining. Still every time I get on live chat it cuts out before  my turn. First deposit I transferred and lost to Coinbase wallet. Second deposit my account wasn't verified so I managed to withdraw but that's been a week now and it hasn't cleared. 3rd deposit I thought I was buying ether turns out I bought Binance-Peg Ethereum and now my trust wallet is saying https://community.trustwallet.com/t/insufficient-bnb-to-cover-network-fee/51480
Talk to me like I'm 5 in complaining about these things and how. to fix them please Binance support email haven't emailed me back and neither have trust wallet

This thread should be in the Exchanges board. You might want to move it over there.

Still every time I get on live chat it cuts out before  my turn.
I suggest you just open a ticket. It might take a while, but they will respond - https://binance.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Online chat is the quicker option thou

First deposit I transferred and lost to Coinbase wallet.
Can you please elaborate what happened exactly. You are not clear about the problem

Second deposit my account wasn't verified so I managed to withdraw but that's been a week now and it hasn't cleared.
What do you mean by it wasn't verified?
Did you verify through the withdrawal link that's usually sent in your email address linked to Binance.

3rd deposit I thought I was buying ether turns out I bought Binance-Peg Ethereum and now my trust wallet is saying https://community.trustwallet.com/t/insufficient-bnb-to-cover-network-fee/51480
Just buy some small amount of BNB from Binance and send it to the address. Next time when you are withdrawing, take note of the Network you are using to withdraw a coin. The options are always clear right before withdrawal.

Actually, the question is so confusing and leads us to other links related to trust wallet.

Are you referring to TWT or trust wallet tokens?

According to your link above, it seems it needs BNB to cover the fee.
Why not buy some BNB just to fix this issue?

Or try to follow the guide from this link below and look for "How to withdraw your TWT"

Or you are trying to exchange BTC to Ethereum?

You can disable the BNB fee by following this image below.

From the look of things you clearly have no knowledge about things like this, why would your transfer be lost to coinbase wallet and what is the connection with binance there!
I have use binance unverified account for some time now without any issues only there is a limit a none verified account can hold and withdraw,
If you want to buy  eth then you should have either btc or usdt, or any other currency pegged to eth then click buy, I think you need a tutorial on how to use this exchange, and as for binance customer care they usually respond quickly perhaps you should try and contact them again.

You need to rephrase your questions, all of it, because  it's so God damn confusing, I don't even know what you are talking about, I've been using unverified binance account for years now and no single transaction went wrong, its either you haven't make a crypto transaction before or you are doing something wrong
