Can you use the InnoMonitor tool instead of changing the pool directly to the dashboard?

You can download the tool and manual from here https://www.innosilicon.com/html/support_en/tool.html

Update here if still doesn't work.

If BitMaxz's solution doesn't work, try factory resetting it or updating firmware (even if it is newest one, try force uploading it so it clears all the configuration that was previously put it). If none of this works out, you might have a virus-infected unit.

Can you confirm if this unit ever mined for you and if you checked with seller that it works fine on his/her pool?

If you bought this miner as 2nd hand or used miner there is a possibility that they locked the pool settings to their own pool and worker. This is a common issue on the used miners.

The only solution that I know can be fixed your issue is by flashing it through TF/SD card.

Can you make a screenshot and share your system overview here it looks like this below.

If the hardware type is g19 I have an old post here that you can follow but I don't know if it will work.

Here check this:- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5244987.msg54369117#msg54369117.

If you can disassemble the unit you can see some text from the control board it should be the control board model type.

It looks like this below.

If the text is not g19 just collect them and paste it here so that we can use that as a keyword to find the right image firmware for your control board.
