I guess this means many people are in love/hyped with DeFis and dApps that they don't really care about how much gas they pay when interacting with smart contracts. I must admit that I'm also guilty of paying high fees on the ethereum network but it's out of necessity. It's pay high for a successful transfer or try to outsmart it and pay low only for the transaction to fail (you'll pay fees either way).

I read some members asking when ETH becomes no. 1, well, you got your wish  Grin

So all those purple ones are already included in the Ethereum total? Whoever created that list needs to be slapped on the head and sent back to school.

But yeah ETH fees are ridiculous, as is its flipside - the pump to $1400.

The most curious about it is that the current situation of Ethereum blockchain lasts for months.

Fees are ridiculously high more than 6 months. And ethereum was the cheap and fast blockchain... even 15 seconds block is not enough to fit all useless transactions.

This is why it is important to keep bitcoin conservative: fixed blocksize, consistent, 10 minutes block.

Just a few months ago Ethereum fan boys were saying bitcoin was old tech, slow and expensive.  However, I just made a 1 sat/byte transaction just a week ago Smiley

There's no other option but to pay the high fee so that we won't be ending up the same like those people asking how to cancel their pending transactions for a long time. I'm also paying for a high fee but I don't want to experience that much delay if I'll be paying with the minimal amount.

It's the other way around, bitcoin's quicker and less expensive while Ethereum charges that much fee. It's good as a coin to hold while the high fees should really be solved first, I wonder when through 2.0.

I looked at the listed, and it doesn't give an accurate representation of the average fees used on the Ethereum network. In fact, the list is missing major tokens or dapps like Tether USD which is usually right behind Uniswap in terms of fees spent. I don't see DAI and dydx as well.

What is causing very high fees on Ethereum are the dapps or DeFi project that tend to suggest or pay very high fees which in turn raise the fee bar in the network if one wants a transaction to get confirmed ASAP

Was supposed to teased someone about this matter which i do had a friend who do always look down to Bitcoin just because of those high fees and do praise up ETH wayback and

now he had already changed up his perception towards it when ETH had already been having a problem with those high ridiculous fees.Haha

On what had suchmoon mentioned above, are highlighted in purple is already in overall included on ETH? IF yes then this one really misleads to those who havent much
idea on what those projects below about.

There are no other information mentioning it but most likely yes since they are Defis/dApps on ethereum. I already asked the website creator to confirm. About the design, yeah it was not newbie friendly. I almost sent a DM to the other designer including a link to SM's post Grin

Yes, straight forward. No smart contracts that would further inflate the transaction fee.

No 1 in high transaction fee  Grin, brave Ethereum, you finally win over bitcoin, jokes apart, Ethereum is making me sweat for no reason whenever I plan to sell tokens, sending Ethereum to Ethereum is even better but sending ERC20 tokens is where the real pain lies

I think that this table shows not only the amount of fees paid, but also the popularity of cryptocurrencies not only among investors - Bitcoin, but also among users who practically use cryptocurrencies (for example in their projects) - Ethereum.
This table can also indicate the trend where wivestors will move their funds in future.. as long as Ethereum 2.0 is successful and fees are reduced.  Cool Cool

Even when the price of Bitcoin reached its all time high the fastest fee was about 4 to 5 dollars but on ethereum and Defi exchanges it is getting out of hand like 50 or 100 dollars for conversion. Still people are interested because they made profits from dumping their useless tokens, and ethereum is getting not usable with all thise swaps and defi.
