I'm also surprised to see this thread here in the Beginners & Help section and to think that a senior member is posting it here he is not aware of what this section is all about, I figure that because he has seen the name of the section beginners and help he thinks that this section is all about helping projects.
I suggest OP lock this thread and create one in the service section and make your offer as clear as possible, there are some part that might break the forum rules as stated by hd49728.
