Announced by BTC-e via Twitter on Sep. 15th: "Let's go trade! subscribe to @WEXnz for futher updates." Which means WEX is allegedly the result of a months-long effort by the bitcoin exchange to return service to customers after it was raided and fined by US authorities in July.

That must be a great news for all Bitcoin users.

What do you think about?

yeah, also think that WEX is BTC-e, but according to the new website(https://wex.nz) stated that it did not receive any funds from BTC-e, while at the same time alleging that it would abide by anti-money laundering and know-your-customer laws.

In this way, WEX only uses BTC-e's technical solutions and gets their users. Anyway, that's what they explained, maybe it's an attempt to refuse to return the BTC-e user's money.

Stop saying bullshit. Btce is back as wex with users's money.
I have withdrawn my 62% in coins and I have 38% in token. I can trade the tokens to a 0.5 rate now or wait wex redeem the tokens.
