I'm confused on how this is since OP states:  Ends at 8 PM EST tomorrow.  Seems to me Hookzup1 would have won as next bid wasn't placed until about 1 hour 50 mins after auction would have been over, counting the 15 mins added to Hookzup1 bid per the no snipe rule.

So Hoozkup1 won... .022 btc.  So if the winner has paid already and can provide tx id proof of him sending btc to my wallet I will refund back.  Again everyone, sorry for the confusion
