I don't understand why Sylvester Stallone is selling his villa for $1.15 million less than what he paid to bought 10 years ago.
The rates of real estate are falling too

He tried to sell it for higher price on various occasions but no one is ready to buy for that price, I am not sure what is happening and why those real estate investors are missing this property?

Probably it was located on a place where there is no market value?

A reason could be that he's needing the cash and there will be more potential buyers upon selling it at a cheaper price that he did. But the reason why we're investing into real estate is to get more money than we've bought it before because it's an ideal investment.

This was a news year ago and I don't know if he's made it or not yet, no update that I can search for.

Sad reality mate that even Real estates are falling because of the pandemic , People denied living luxurious nowadays and becoming more practical .

and also the Greed capitalist are taking advantage of the situation and offering too low for the houses being sell.

Probability is mate because Silvester is now losing His popularity and also the House seems to be located far from the fancy places .

Celebrity craze will never end, but the amount can be a problem now and investors will never invest on a property which is losing its value that is why a genuine investor is not interested on it but still someone can buy it for cheap who is rich and being in the trend to make profits from it.
