I have been emailing them for months now and the only thing I get back are automated messages. They do have an 800 number but all that does is lock your account incase you suspect fraud, no real person to talk to.

My google 2 factor is stuck on my old phone and I have a bunch of coins missing that got lost in a transfer. W T F ?!?!?!?!?!

If I'm not mistaken, you lost your 2FA authenticator and can't get access to your Coinbase account for authentication code? am I right?

If you lost your 2FA authenticator phone then it's not a big problem, when you activated your 2FA they gave you 16-Digit Backup Code or a QR code. It is mandatory to store your backup code in a secure place, By scanning that QR code or backup code you will be able to add your Coinbase account on another authenticator app on your new device.
Did you save your backup code?

I found the authemticator worked on my old phone and got in and it sent me a new QR.. I didnt know you could save the code. Is there a way to see the code a second time? My biggest issue with them is that there is a missing transaction someone sent me I keep emailing  them its like $800 in BTC that never went through.

You can get your backup code by disabling your 2FA and enable it again. If you have access to your old phone then login to your coinbase account go to the security tab disable your 2FA settings by using your old phone's authenticator app. and enable your 2FA again by using your new phone, when you re-enable they will give you a new QR code for scanning with your new authenticator app, after adding to your new authenticator app you can take a screenshot of that QR code and store that QR code in a secure place for future using.

Can you see the missing transaction on the blockchain?

If not, then it is more likely that the person who sent you the funds is not legit and they're trying to scam you. I've used Coinbase extensively and never had a problem with receiving coins (although there are often delays with sending coins).

But you should know that Coinbase is notorious for having one of the worst support systems out there. You should pretty much not expect a reply any time soon, although you should keep trying. This happens every time there is a bull run and there is an influx of support tickets. Their CEO has said previously that he'll prioritise fixing this system, but it's been all talk as you can tell.

You are worrying for 2 months for not getting any reply but I am here with more than one year if I remember it correctly. At that time the amount stuck was in few hundreds but now it went to few thousands still can't able to get any solution from the coinbase.

And it seems you are not in need of Coinbase support for this issue because it is possible to get back the same authorization with the recovery code.

They do have a dedicated support account on Twitter [@CoinbaseSupport] but I wouldn't get my hopes up...

Nah this is a childhood friend who has coinbase and knows what hes doing. We sent CB screenshots of the block chain hash # and all that stuff. My plan was to sell it at 40k and as luck had it it hit 40k, but I didnt get my coins. Its still like 1-2k in coins so I will take legal action in small claims if they dont give it to me. I noticed they are on the west coast and I'm on the east coast so settling out of court is in their favor. I have sued in small claims and won all 6 times so I just need to find their registered agent, but cant(easily) because I cant get ahold of cust service. Also before I do that I would need to find a new exchange and I kind of like coin base. Does Binance do fiat? I dont trust teather. I have a 7 year old binance account with at the time 500$ in power tokens in it and some other alts, but I dont remember any log in email or passwords.

Whats a reputable trustworthy exchange like coin base? I have 11,000$ and thats a years income and just enough where I can make a part time job out of this for me so I have to be careful. Like Im set up right now to convert every last penny into fiat 24/7 where ever I am. Woke up one day and lost 1000$ over night, not doing that again. You can always buy back in and lose some profits but you may have to wait months if you didnt safety sell

Does Binance do fiat?
Yes, they have it.

https://www.binance.com/en/buy-sell-crypto

https://www.binance.com/en/support/faq/c-66?navId=66

Whats a reputable trustworthy exchange like coin base?
Are you from US? if you're from US, it's Binance.us that fits you. But if not, you can use the .com domain. These days, the support of Coinbase has been hard to reach and they keep reminding that because of the flood of queries into their system from a lot of customers, they are having hard time reaching each and everyone of you.
