The wallets from blockchain.info (now blockchain.com) should be accessible via their website. I believe they have upgraded their wallet implementation multiple times, so you may need to contact support to get help. You will likely need to have access to the email address used to sign up for the wallet, and a passphrase you used when you created the wallets. You may also be able to use the Wallet ID in lieu of your email account.
The wallet provider blockchain.info used to generate additional addresses each time you requested a new address, and would back up the private keys periodically, however after many customers had problems with newly generated private keys not backing up, they eventually transitioned to
deterministc generation of private keys to solve this problem. If you created your wallet in 2013, I believe most likely, blockchain.info was using the former implementation at the time.
