It's generated by going to site and clicking articles and links and watching videos.
Less than an hour surfing news and stuff and sure enough my wallet was stuffed with over 100 Fracti.
They got a store with books and music, some art and internet services.
Doesn't look like a spec coin, but if it ends up on exchanges it be a way to generate coins to resell.
Or if you like the books, you basically get free digital downloads using the site.
Some big domain names in their store, but they're listed for big numbers.
I don't see to generate enough fracti for the big assets.
So I guess they want big coin holders other coins to trade into those assets?
