Can any trace my ETH address where WBTC was stored from new BTC address?

It is possible if you use an exchange or swap service.
You have some BTC address
A which you told the exchange/swap that it is yours. Then you send them your Ethereum address
B which contains WBTC. Ethereum is terrible for privacy, as it is not that easy to generate new addresses.
As you shared your address A and B with them, they know you have some ethereum, wbtc and your btc address.
If they know, they can share this information.
However, if you make a p2p transaction without third party, you have some privacy. But not as easy to find someone to trade with safety...
The best alternative is to send your bitcoin from address A to a
bitcoin mixer or coinjoin, so you can get new coins which are not attached with your history.
