I don't know what buxtank is. Never heard of it and I don't see any previous mentions of buxtank on bitcointalk. Is this an advertisement for buxtank?

In case your question is genuine:
Electrum is what I personally use for smaller amounts and I would recommend it over an obscure and shady looking wallet such as buxtank.

First of all, it's not purse but wallet.
If you'd like to go for a non-custodial Bitcoin wallet, you can choose Electrum but you need to practice utter safety while using it. Others are Green, Mycelium, Bitpay, Exodus and more. I've only mentioned here what I've tried and tested and Mycelium has given me the best experience so far.

What the hell is buxtank?

Looks like an attempt to shill a shady wallet.
Out of curiosity, I check it out, and I have every reason to believe it's a scam wallet.

1. Asking for private keys


2. Once you send money to the wallet, you won't be able to withdraw or send it out


3. Asking to pay a monthly fee inform of an account level package, just like Ponzi schemes


4. Claim that you will be anonymous but will ask for personal information to sign up

5. Claim that only you will have full control of your funds, but there's no option to back up one's mnemonic codes or privatekeys
